We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BILLIONVERIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

You agree to indemnify and hold BillionVerify harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
